Domain Dafermou, Single Vineyard, Shiraz Malbec

One of the most popular red varieties, Syrah, wonderfully blended with the Argentinian origin Malbec.

The two varieties perfectly match with great aromas, and guaranteed to fill your mouth with tannins. It is a 70-30 blend with the wine ageing for a minimum of a year in French oak barrels and can age a further 10 years in the bottle. The ideal wine to combine with red meat.
