Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore

Produced in limited quantities. It is dry, full-bodied and intense wine, softened by the barrel aging period. The colour is intense ruby red, tending towards garnet. The taste is dry, tasty, full-bodied and velvety, reminiscent of the scents of the precious wood with which the wine is aged. The wine can be aged for 7-8 years after the grape-harvest. Store in a fresh, dry and dark place.

Varieties: Corvina 70%, Rondinella 25%, various red 5%
