Bright light yellow colour with green highlights. Aromatic and complex, with aromas of white-fleshed peach, citronella, rose, citrus blossom and pineapple standing out. On the palate, rich structure supported by lemon fruit, firm acidity and a long finish.

Pairs well with pasta dishes with white sauces and white lemony meats.
