Domain Dafermou, Single Vineyard, Xynisteri Sauvignon Blanc

A wine made from the local variety Xynisteri and the Sauvignon Blanc with intense freshness and delicate aromas of flowers, exotic and white-flesh fruits with notes of citrus, stone and passion fruit. 20% is aged in new oak barrels with a mid-October harvest. It has an aging potential of up to 4 years from harvest, served at 8-10⁰C.
