Single lots of Sangiovese mature for 14 months in fine to extra fine-grained oak barriques and tonneaux, and partially in largeroak vessels, before the final blend is assembled. The wine ages in the bottle for over a year before release.

100% vegan From vineyard to bottle, no animal products are used in any phase of our production. 

It has bright ruby-red core with a slight purple hue color and aromas of rose, violet, redcurrant cherries and juniper berries with a hint of liquorice. It is juicy on the palate, confirming the red berry fruits on the nose. Fine tannins that integrate perfectly with nice acidity. Persistent finish with a pleasant, savoury note.
